About Us

	The Natural Coffee Company Ltd was registered in 2002 To source, roast and pack ethical coffee for the catering and retail coffee market. All our coffees are certified by the Soil Association, the Fairtrade Foundation and are also Kosher registered by the London Beth Din. Our decaffeinated coffees are processed by the Swiss Water Decaffeination method, which meets all the above certifications. The ethical nature of our business enables us to have complete traceability on all our coffees to assure that the products meet our high standards of quality, environmental sustainability and a fair price for farmers. We have visited many of the origins to check the processes which assure the high quality that we aim for. Here in the plant in Hemel Hempstead we carefully roast the coffees, and blend in some cases, to develop the essential flavours that signify its quality. Our experienced roaster will take small batches of green coffee and roast them as required by the customer, they are then handpacked to order for retail or catering use.

	From roaster to despatch will be no more than 48 hours, ensuring that customers can appreciate the coffee at its best. The fresher the coffee the better the taste. We are always pleased to see clients at the factory. Please contact us if you want the full “coffee experience”.
